Domestic Shipping

Hazel’s Easel currently ships within Australia.

Each original artwork is carefully packaged to help keep it safe and protected on its journey to its new home.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of the artwork and delivery location. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation and tracking details where available.

As every piece is an original artwork, please allow a little extra time for us to carefully prepare and package your order before dispatch.

International Shipping

At this stage, Hazel’s Easel does not offer international shipping. We hope Hazel’s artwork might be able to travel a little further around the world in the future!

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your piece from Hazel’s Easel.

As each painting is an original, one-of-a-kind artwork, please take a moment to check the photographs, dimensions and description carefully before making your purchase.

Change of mind

We do not currently offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

This does not affect your rights if your artwork arrives damaged, faulty, does not match its description or there is another problem with your order.

If something isn’t right, please get in touch with us so we can help.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

We take great care when packaging Hazel’s artwork, but if your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not as described, please contact us as soon as you can.

If possible, please include your order details and photographs of the artwork and packaging. This helps us understand what has happened and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy.

Because every Hazel’s Easel painting is an original, one-of-a-kind artwork, an identical replacement may not always be possible. If this happens, we’ll work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
